1. Finding Out What Kind of Leadership Coaching is Right For You
Interested in Leadership Coaching but not sure if it’s right for you? Don’t worry, I’m not interested in the “hard sell”. Instead, most conversations start as just that –friendly conversations where we figure out what route, if any, is right for you.
When you book your free 45-minute free exploratory session, we’ll talk informally about what you do, what you want to achieve, and what you need to reach your leadership goals.
Do you want to become a better leader, manager or director? Do you want to bring your team closer together? –Or are there conflicts and worries in your workplace that are holding you back? We can discuss all of this, and what solutions are best for you.
2. Drafting a Leadership Coaching Strategy
Whether your focus is improving your leadership development, decision making, collaboration or conflict management skills, I will talk you through the strategies, tools and courses that I think are right for you. We will then work together to draw up a timeline, strategy and quote that works for you.
3. What to Expect From Your Leadership Coaching Experience
Once your unique Coaching Strategy has been laid out we can focus on building your leadership skills and meeting your development goals.
This may involve a one-off session or may be made up of regular meetings. Though I am based in Norfolk, East Anglia, I frequently travel to businesses across the UK, or run courses nationally and internationally via video conferencing. Sometimes –such as in my Team Accelerator package– I will use bespoke offsite venues. It is all based on what is best for you and your schedule.
